Here's some other important information to bear in mind while browsing our site and ordering any goods:-

1. All the prices on this site exclude VAT. If you require including VAT prices then please call us on 0800 783 5011

2. Whilst we have tried to make the site as simple as possible, Printing and Embroidery can be complicated to order. We suggest you use the site to view your preferred products and pricing but call or e-mail us to confirm products, prices and delivery dates before ordering

3. Some designs, although looking simple, can be very difficult to print or embroider. We recommend you let us see your logo as early as possible so we can recommend what options you have

4. Generally, delivery is between 10-14 days for your order. HOWEVER, we are always willing to work to your deadline so let us know when you need your order and we will do our best to meet the deadline

5. PRICES ON THE SITE - Prices on the site, unless otherwise stated, include either a 1 colour print or multi colour embroidery. The actual price you pay will vary dependant on the size of your design, number of colours, quantity of goods ordered etc. Most jobs can be priced over the phone upon sight of your logo so please give us a call for confirmation

6. ACCURACY - As we said before, printing and embroidery can be complicated and therefore mistakes can happen if care is not taken. Please ensure you know exactly what you want put on your goods and where the logos are to be placed as mistakes cannot be rectified later

7. Whilst we list a large amount of products on the site there is always other goods we can supply. So, if you have any specific requirements, give us a ring, we will do our best to source the goods for you
